It's How We Do Things...

Question: (In the form of a run-on sentence) Is clean laundry still considered clean if it sat on the couch for two days, while children sat on it like an extra cushion, was tossed on the floor and reassembled on the couch numerous times before finally making its way to the red chair where the dog then decided to make a cushy bed out of it?
Answer: Ab-so-lute-ly.

  2. Haha! That is part of my laundry routine too! (Except for there is a dog and a cat.)

About 2 months ago, we bought a new chaise lounge for our bedroom. I loved it and told my husband it would be perfect! He replied, "Yep, it will look perfect with laundry stacked up on it. I can just see it now."

I just gave him "the look" as he laughed and hugged me.

  6. LOL, I was laughing so hard I snorted. :) That is always my living room. I told Darin to go pick an outfit out of the basket this morning as I pointed to the chair. and he said "THAT'S clean?"

Ok, I get it. I'll fold the laundry, your highness.

  8. Over here, it's the kitchen table that holds the laundry... Maybe that's why we eat so many meals on the couch! ;)

  9. I tend to just leave my clothes in the dryer FOREVER and constantly pull clothes out of that, but I definitely would consider those clothes clean! As well as clothes that have been "gently" worn :)

Minus the weenie dog, of course, since my Chessie went to doggy-heaven over Christmas.

  16. Well, of course!

I'll have to post the picture of Superdog in the mix of all our clothes. We like to call it "Find Superdog" instead of "Find Waldo."

  17. Isn't it lovely when you can make other people feel normal?

I do this too. The laundry on the floor and then back in the basket and then on a chair and then on the floor and then under the dog and then...in the drawers and closets :)
